A little Chic

Very clean, very dark though. Appeals to a modern crowd. We had kids with us and felt more comfortable overall at a recent stay at the Westin. The concierge was very helpful in printing out boarding passes and front desk handled a quick room service order for our kids because the phone didn't work in our room

Nice Hotel but customer service needs help

The hotel is very clean and hip. The lobby is dark with lots of "beautiful people". Unfortunately, the front desk and concierge weren't helpful at all. I would describe them as cold and ininviting, actually. We stayed for a weekend with our 2 kids and they were scoffed at in the lobby by the staff. I even saw a rolling of the eyes, which really angered me, as they weren't even doing anything naughty.
