Disappointed

Not terrible but I hoped for more. Initial check in clerk was clueless, trying to multitask unsucessfully, very slow service. when I called to complain my room was cold and the heat wasn't working properly i was told they would wait 20 minutes to see if it miraculously got better and then come up. It was about 11 at night and I wanted to go to bed. I asked why someone couldn't come right away and he seemed surprised at the suggestion. Someone did come up and fix it.

Best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at!

This is like no other Holiday Inn. Just North of London near the 2 major highways (M1 and M25)Has an Automobile Association (UK) 4 star rating and lives up to its ranking. All the staff were only too willing to help. Restaurant and full bar associated with the best top 5 star hotels. I will definately return.
