Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 245Great Hotel
This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were a little small but doesn't really matter cause we weren't in them for that long. It had a lot of charm, you could see some remnants of being a very old hotel which was really cool. It was also located in the most perfect spot, a block away from the boston commons and close to all shopping on newbury or if you want to do the freedom trail. The concierge Russ was fantastic in recommending great restaurants and fun places to go out for drinks. He even called and made us a reservation. Overall, I had a great stay there and suggest you stay there the next time you are in Boston!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 245Uncomfortable and overpriced
No sound-proofing, poor heat/air conditioning, room was totally uncomfortable, no coffee service in room or lobby, I pity housekeeping having to try and clean the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. $11.00 for juice and cereal, $8.96 to print airline boaring passes ($6.95 for computer time & $1.00 for each page printed). It's one thing to be expensive and luxurious, another to be expensive and totally without quality.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 245Convenient to the T, good location and clean room
The hotel was a short walk from the T, making it a breeze to get around, the room was small but clean and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again - the price couldn't be beat for the value.

Beautiful place, but not one person was helpful or friendly. There was not even complimentary coffee in the room or the lobby.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 245great location
We stayed there because it was a great location. Right in the theater district w/in walking distance to the nearby clubs/restaurants. Cabs can be tough to comeby when clubs close so we didn't have to worry about that. It's pricey but convenient, clean and well run.
