Expensive but Worth It

We upgraded to the "Regency" Floor which gave us access to the free breakfast buffet and the three hour happy hour in the evening. The upgrade alone was worth the price, it gave us a room on the 38th floor with an ocean view. The bar staff, concierge, valet, and wait staff were outstanding. The room was up to date and very clean, I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to pay the price! We will be back.

Nice Place, but....

There are better places to stay for the amount of money we paid. If only the beds were as comfortable as the pillows! I didn't sleep for 4 nights because the beds was so horribly hard and was not like the the web site stated. It was not a plush pillow top bed.
