Best service and quality ever

Hyatt Regency pushed the limit of customer service to the nines! I've stayed there once or twice each year. It out did itself again! When i asked housekeeping to do something to prop up the mattress, not only did the staff try to remedy it, they brought in a brand new mattress in a bag! Very satisfied.

Great place

Just don't get a room next to the elevator shaft. Otherwise, excellent hotel in location. Note that you have to cross the street to get to Waikiki Beach, but for the price it is worth it.

the hotel stands right across from the beach. very nice view. but room is standard. you pay for the view not the room. little bit disappointed.

Really nice hotel

Hotel has a fantastic location and very helpful staff. Rooms were always in fine condition. Onsite parking was a bit expensive as was the restraunts. Sliding door to deck was always wistling though. Hotel staff was great at helping us plan our days. Good hotel for the price and would certainly choose it again.

Outstanding Hotel

The view from our balcony was outstanding. The employees were friendlly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the entertainment at the outside bar & also the snacks & drinks. The great hall was wonderful with Christmas decorations, etc. & music. We hated to leave. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

My Twin 17 year old boys and I were on our way to a 7 day cruise and stayed just one night. We got in very early and the staff gave us a fantastic room as an early check in. They were very friendly and it was a nice way to start our vacation. The location and views were perfect for our first night in Hawaii. The hotel is very large though so if you want a local flavor, this is not it.
