1. Room reeked of smoke, even though this was a non-smoking room. 2. Breakfast area was small and extremely congested. 3. They kept stale muffins for breakfast. On complaining, the attendant did not even bother to take it out. She just walked away saying that her shift had ended.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and my room was kept in excellent condition. I really enjoyed my stay!

Gross

When we entered our room both of our beds looked like they were slept in and when we asked for a different room we were moved to another room that only had one bed. We were on business and my co-worker and I had to sleep in the same bed. Not to mention the room smelled. The women at the front desk was the only nice part of this hotel.

Wrong foot forward

When I arrived there were two tough looking young women on cell phones having obscenity filled conversations and threating to do harm to some other girls. There may be nothing management can do about it but there has to be a way to discourage their presencein the lobby. Made me wonder if I would be safe that night. The room was fine and the bed very nice. But the bathroom was a little yucky and brown shmears in the tub.

It's a dump

Thank God my fiancée didn't visit me on this trip as there were women's hairs all over the room. There was one on the lampshade, on the bathroom towel and on the walls. The internet service was down and the manager suggested I call his ISP directly. I tried to explain that he is the customer of the ISP and that he would need to make the telephone call himself. He would not change his mind. The hotel smelled and was in a shady part of town. The elevator startled me and all the other passengers every time the doors slammed open or closed. If you want to stay cheap and do not care about cleanliness and amenities, then this is the hotel for you. I personally would never stay here again.
