We were pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel in the U District. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our child at UW.

We were 2 adults/2 teenagers in a room with 2 queen beds. I was thinking we'd be very crowded, but the layout of the room was comfortable and allowed all of us enough privacy and space to enjoy each other's company. Comfortable beds, great staff.

The rooms were nice and clean. Essentially, there is nothing extravagant about the Watertown. It is just a very nice hotel for those who need to stay around the U-District. Make sure the price is right for you because it can be a little on the pricey side for what it is.

This is our third stay at the Watertown. Overall everything was fine except the coffee maker needed to be fixed and the computer cart we requested did not hook up to the internet. They have a nice breakfast.

The free breakfast was actually great (eggs, pastries, cereals, oatmeal...) You can rent bikes at the hotel for free there is a small gym rooms have fridges and coffee machines . Modern and without frill but yet pleasant, bright and comfortable Great if you visit the University of Washington, but if you want to spend more of your time in Seattle proper, it will be a nuisance to drive over the bridge every time even though it is only 10-15 minutes because parking rates downtown are through the roof!

We arrived around 2:30AM, since we were traveling for a family emergency. The sink would not drain and the toilet wouldnt flush... due to the hour, we called the front desk and reported the problem to be fixed after we left the room the next day. Didnt even want to try the shower until they checked out the problem. The front desk in the morning didnt seem too concerned or apologetic. They were converting the plumbing system... We were not offered any compensation for the first night stay, although we were booked for 3 nights. Accomodations were fine, but the staff was not.

Hotel was very clean with helpful staff. Location was great for University district activities. Would definitely stay here again.
