Cheap Hotel, Great Location

Overall hotel was a great bargin...close to all the downtown venues and is 1/3 the price of the other hotels in the area. Room was clean and everything worked, although the bed needed to be retired. Bottom line you get what you pay for...

Best bang for the buck. Convenient to Chase Field and U S Airways Center. Will definitely stay again and again.

Great stay!

Great location, light rail stop right across the street, so easy access to Chase Field and downtown Phoenix. Staff was helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Room was too hot

When we checked into our room we immediately turned on the air conditioner. Out room never cooled down. We had to be moved to another room which was still not as cool but better.

Good location

Stayed at this hotel to go to an Arizona Diamondbacks game. Location was amazing, with a lite rail stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms were HUGE and well cared for. While the hotel appeared nice, it had an ..odd.. vibe.

Good for what it is

The Lexington used to be a Best Western not that long ago, and it's about what you'd expect, considering that. The rate was good and the room was comfortable. And the location is very good, especially with the light rail just outside that can get you just about wherever you need to be. The immediate area is good, though if you stray too far in the wrong direction, that could change.

Great Service

The only complaint was the bed was a little unconfortable... but when i went to complain about the bed, they took good care of us... The hotel is nice and very roomy!

great location

I booked this hotel for a concert at US Airways Center and it turned out to be a great choice. The arena was in easy walking distance. Many restaurants were nearby. My room was unbelievably spacious, I was really surprised. Even though I hadn't asked for it, I had a king size bed. The pool disappointed me a lot, it looked a lot bigger and nicer on the photos. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choices, I've seen continental breakfast before with no more than toast and butter ! The staff was friendly. I got a free shuttle to the airport with a very nice driver.

Great restauarant on site. Room service was prompt. Good proximatey to attractions and freeways.

close to light rail, but really rundown

there are only a few ice machines...and then ones they had were out of ice. The staff was sooooo unfriendly. I had to use my credit card for a hold charge and it's still showing up on my bill. The good thing is it is downtown close to the light rail so it served it's purpose.
