could have been better

the lobby was nice but after that it slowly went down hill. i thought the rooms should be nicer. they wasnt as nice as the lobby.. i had to wear socks because the carpet felt nasty. the elevator was slow and u had to push up to go down. so for the price we wasnt happy, thought it was going to be nicer.

WOW!!!!

I booked this room with my girlfriend for a getaway with another couple. Extemely worth it hotel personnel was friendly although the maid service was a little slow but we had a washer and dryer so we didn't mind. beautiful view and George Jones came in to the hotel the day we left if that tells you anything. Good A/C and could use a few more beach accesses but all in all a great hotel and yes we will be going back

Hotels.com Rocks!!

Our hotel, the Westgate, was overbooked. Hotels.com made arrangements for us to stay at the Kingston Plantation. It was great. Even better than if we had stayed at the Westgate. It was a little further north than we thought. But, that worked out to be better for what we had planned during our stay. The villa was very comfortable, the entire resort was great. We'd definitely go back there.

Check your sheets!

Everything about the Hotel was nice except for the sheets on the be. It looked as if a man had just been in there before we arrived. Needless to say the sheets were immediatly removed from the bed.

good location and nice beachfront

I enjoyed my stay at the westgate, they had a great beach front and seemed to be close to a lot of area attractions. My complaint would be, you have to park across the street in a lot and there is no crosswalk and it takes forever to cross over to get to and from hotel. The staff were really friendly and the room was nice. I would probably stay there again.

needs improvement

i was so disgusted with the condition of the hotel room, the floors were full of stiains and there were bugs in my bed, every morning room service would come and even though you decline room i had to get up and go to the door in order to give a signature that I did not want the room service. also the room was small barely enough room to walk around between the bed and the tv stand. the only plus was that the hotel staff was friendly and the bar down by the pool was facing the beach and really nice. I would not recmmend this hotel

Great Hotel

Cheap price for a very nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Awesome location, everything near the hotel.

OK Room...could have stayed cheaper next door

The room was ok. It was clean for the most part, but it was always humid and the carpet always felt damp on your feet. For a "cheap stay" it was alright...had a great location....At the time we went we could have stayed at the same type of hotel for about 1/2 the price.
