Great place to stay

This hotel was incredible inside. The lobby, elevators and rooms were superb. The hallways look like they needed some TLC but overall I would recommend this hotel for Business and Pleasure. I felt comfortable with my family there and it was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field.

Disapointment

I left a gift in my room and they would not or could not return it

Trendy W/ Convenient Location

I specifically chose this hotel because it was close to the basketball arena which was just a few blocks away. I was very impressed with the lobby and room. It was very posh and the receptionist even gave us a room with a view of the center when I mentioned we were there for the game. I thought that was a nice touch. There was a $19.00 parking charge that I was a little surprised to get the next day. It still beat driving around trying to find parking. I'd stay again if I was in the area and would recommend if you are on business or for a quick stay for the weekend. There is even a Starbucks attached to the hotel but unfortunately it was closed due to the holiday.

Parking

I did not notice or read that the parking was 20 per night. It would be nice if that was includedin the room.
