hidden charges

great hotel if you don't have a car. they charge $23.00 a day to park your car with no other options to park your car unless you want to park it on the street?? not going to happen in that part of town.

Great hotel

The hotel exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful! The location was very convenient. There were plenty of restaraunts from which to choose. The bar in the hotel had a great atmosphere. It was very peaceful. The whole experience was wonderful! I highly recommend it.

Lovely Place

We stayed in the King Junior Suite and it was beautiful! Very modern and new decorations, lighting, bedding, etc. Everyone was very friendly. Everything was very comfortable and the room service was tasty and fast.

Parking

i felt that the parking, could have been better. I did not like that parking was full service for an extra 23.00. i wish i was told , or could some where for less or free.

Great room!

The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a queen. The staff was very friendly. Great downtown location.

PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION

We arrived at the Wyndham, finally(there is construction downtown and we had to wind our way around). Once inside, our reservations were no where to be found. We waited while the young man tried to find our reservation.Thankfully I had printed our confirmation from Hotels.com he used this to find us a room. FYI, PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION.

Outstanding hotel

The Wyndham is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix. The staff is outstanding, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, the hotel is convenient to all the events downtown and there are some really good restaurants nearby. Its always a lot of fun to stay at the Wyndham

Super Location!

The Wyndham Phoenix-Downtown is perfectly located within walking distance to several downtown venues/restaurants/bars. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Relaxing

Comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, soft blankets, clean room, good room service food. I enjoyed my stay and there is a nearby shopping center with restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre.

Pretty Good

Only complaints are: - AC wasn't working well so it was a little warm in the room. - Asked for an extra pillow one night and didn't receive it. Otherwise, the room service was good along with the food. The bed was comfy, but the comforter was a little dated. The shower and bathroom were nice and I enjoyed using the toiletries. Overall, I probably will stay there again. Everyone was friendly and the amenities were reasonable.
