Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 6What delightful staff
We have traveled extensively during our lives, and this hotel is by far our favorite. The staff do everything in their power to make you feel special, and to meet your needs. When you pull up to the area you think, "What have I done?" as it is a bit like a bazaar in the street. Have no fear, it is quiet at night and very safe. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 6Pricey but very clean and modern
Although a bit pricey, this is a gem of a hotel in a slightly older part of the city, located just off the popular Ermou Street and walking distance to many of the popular attractions. The hotel interior is very modern and sleek. Our room was small and the beds were a bit too firm for American standards. The only room with Acropolis view is the suite. The breakfast (included) is excellent and the staff is very helpful.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 6Great Experience!
May 8th, 2009 My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful service that was provided to us by the hotel staff. A continental breakfast was included which included cereal, Greek coffee, juice, rolls, fruit, and Greek yogurt. Other breakfast items could be ordered for an additional charge. The room was very nice and met all of our needs. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Acropolis and the National Archeological Museum and close to the Plaka. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 6Misleading View & Ongoing Construction - Disappointing
Although the room was modern and clean, we were extemely disappointed with the view, which consisted of surrounding buildings and debris ridden balconies. You had to stand on the edge of the junior suite balcony and look to the far right before catching a glimpse of the $400+ a night Acropolis view that was advertised. The "icing on the cake" was the fact that the hotel was expanding next door so construction started on the other side of the wall of our head board, early in the morning. The hotel NEEDS to state this warning to guests before booking. We never would have reserved this hotel had we known about the poor view and the ongoing construction.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 6Excellent Choice
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for several nights during our honeymoon. We were very pleased with our room and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided us a great deal of help when we had questions. We would recommend that you contact the hotel prior to arriving in Athens as we had difficulty getting the taxis from the airport to take us to the correct location, and the metro is undergoing construction in that area.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 6Great Honeymoon Spot
We went here for the Athens portion of our honeymoon. Amazing luxury hotel, with an amazing staff that went way above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Location is practically at the base of the Acropolis directly on the border between touristy Plaka and trendy Psirri.
