Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 16good for the money
the hotel was a little musty smelling, but we felt like it was a good hotel for the money.

Not emotionally charged one way or another. It's not a bad place. Clean and well-kept. Pretty nice pool and hot tub.Good staff. Not really walking distance to anything. I'd stay again.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 16Keep it a secret
I hesitate to give this hotel the quality rating it deserves, only because if people find out how nice and what a value it is, I will have a harder time getting a room next time!
I've stayted there once before, but it was for a very short stay, from about 10:00 pm. to 6:00 am, so didn't get the full affect, but this time I was there for 2 days. Completely enjoyed it.
The pool area was wonderful...indoor and outdoor, also there's a hot tub/jacuzzi indoor and outdoor.
We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good, well-prepared, and relatively quick. A nice comfy atmosphere, clean and well designed.
The underground parking is also very handy.
As I mentioned earlier, I hate to "glow" about the place, because I want it to remain our little Park City secret.
So, stay there, but tell everyone it was just average

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 16Can't beat the value and service
My son and I stayed three nights while hitting the slopes for a couple of days. The location, service, convenience, amenities and hotel staff were great! We enjoyed the full breakfast, warm cookies and hot cocoa apres ski, and the wonderful heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations for dinner each night. Overall, the hotel was a terrific value. We will return.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 16Room needs some work
The carpet in the room we had was not clean. After walking on it for a short time our feet were dirty. Yuck! Also the mattress was way too soft (mushy) so very uncomfortable to sleep on. The night front desk people were very friendly and helpful, but the daytime crew left a lot to be desired. Quite rude and unfriendly, like we were bothering them with a simple question.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 16good overall
I booked this hotel for my anniversary, mostly because of the amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub), and was pleased with these things. The room was clean and cute. One problem we did have is that the curtains were broken so they wouldn't close all the way (allowing a view into our room and lots of sun in the early morning). Also, there was a family reunion going on in the hotel and people were out in the halls until about three in the morning. Every time a door closed (which happened several times an hour until about 3am), our whole room would shutter. Still, over all, we had a good experience.

The price was reasonable for Park City during ski season and the hotel was decent. Some problems were: the staff at the front desk when we checked in were not especially welcoming; the hotel had us booked for a single king bed, when we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds (after some hassles, they eventually accomodated us); the rooms were adequate and clean but drab; the indoor spa did not work; and the food at the breakfast (included in the price) was plentiful but poorly prepared. Overall, I give the hotel a passing grade, but only barely. Next time I go to Park City, I'll try another hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 16Great hotel unless you need internet
I loved the hotel. But I needed the internet for work and the staff and the isp were absolutely worthless in resolving the serverside issue. Otherwise the staff was excellent on all fronts.
