Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 10Great hotel at great price
Upon my arrival, the registration desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean, and the beds were in great shape--I prefer them harder, but these had a soft bedding to make it nice. The pool was nice, both indoor and outdoor (connected, which let some bugs in). I ate at the upstairs diner, and had a great sandwich. The hotel is close to the "downtown" area, an easy walk or drive. There is a nice lobby area where I read one morning, and also free access to the web on a hotel computer (you pay for it in your room). I really appreciated the hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 10Poor service.
We arrived at ten o' clock at night and waited forever to check in while the desk clrk dealt with personal matters. When she finally got to me, she was rude. Never greeted me or said anything but "here's your key, the room is down that hall". Then she "excused" me and went back to her bussiness. The room was bad. There were only 20 channels on tv and no fridge or microwave, like you would expct in a Park City "resort"! The carpet was so nasty and grungie that my companion would not walk on it barefoot! Their were ants in the bathroom and crawling on my daughter! I didn't get any respionse from housekeeping. It just kept ringing untill I gave up! Do Not Stay Here!

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 10Great hotel
I enjoyed staying at the Park City Peaks. It was easy to find in Park City (right off the road), and was a bit outside the main part of town. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and I had everything I needed. The people at the main desk were pleasant and helpful. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night, and it was very tasty. I recommend the Park City Peaks.

Nice place to stay, my son loved the pool. The beds are not the most comfortable but I have slept on worse.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel. Not walking distance to Main St, but I would stay here again.

too much money for what you get! Aircon not working correctly, loud and very hard to adjust. Pool unusable (children)

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 10Good room and good for the money paid.
We used the hotel as an overflow for business associates who were attending a meeting at another resort in Park City. It worked out well and felt it was a good value for the money. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
