Hotel Restaurants

Sit down restaurant wait was too long (45 minutes) so we went to the bar Shutters for appetizers instead. Found our own table which needed to be bussed. Finally had a waitress help us. Much too long to wait for service. Food was good though when we were finally waited on.

Nice Experience

The hotel is close to Lihue, so it's very convenient for trips into town. Yet, it has an "out in the country" feel so it is very relaxing. The musical "South Pacific" dinner and show which plays at the hotel is a must if you stay here. The beach is somewhat small and a bit rocky here so it's not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time in the surf.

A Great Place to Stay!

The hotel was clean and comfprtable. The grounds were absolutely georgeous. I was very impressed with the comfort of the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, and staff was very friendly.

Outstanding Beach Resort

This Beach Resort is centrally located and it made the sight-seeing so much easier!

Good Choice

Great location to Lihue Airport. The restaurant staff were extremely customer service oriented - the best service on the island! Room had great decor, only concern was that the air conditioning quit working for some reason. Balcony small but not needed when you have great pool area.

The hotel was fantastic and the service was exceptional. One of the best on the Island for the right price.

wonderfu place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, full of Aloha spirit! Our room and the rest of the facilities were clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable bed and the hotel was nice and quiet making it easy to get a good nights sleep. Free drinks pool side during happy hour at 5:00 and a torch lighting ceremony and Hula show at 6:00. The restaurant had very tasty food with an awesome dinner buffet but the service there was a bit slow. I would highly recommend staying here.

Needs Improvement

Compared to other place we stayed and saw during our stay, the Hilton was not a good choice for us. Too expensive for what we got. The room was too small very crowded only one chair. The water was awful Bottled water supposed to be in the fridge was not there. When we called and ask for it it was warm. TV cable was being repaired and TV reception was terrible. Too much money for what we got. The only good thing was comfortable beds.
