The hotel was comfortable, there was some construction going on but our room was great. I was disappointed that they had sales people soliciting everyone right after they checked in. Downtown disney is literally right across the street, the pools are nice, the shuttle is convenient. I would go again.

The Hilton is located across from Downtown Disney, it's not a couple steps away but just a 5-8 minute walk. My husband and I went for our anniversary and really liked the convenience of being close to the downtown area. We walked there almost every night for dinner and the nightlife. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. If you want a king-sized bed, definitely call to confirm that as apparently they are doing renovations on the king rooms right now and they are in short supply. The Disney shuttle buses to all the parks also pick up/drop off here(for free) which is a huge plus.

We stayed here while they were having some type of pagent. Lots of young girls in heavy make-up running around, but they knocked the prices down because of it. Well worth it. Shuttle system was a little slow a few times. That's about my only complaint.

I booked a King room at this Hilton online through Hotels.com, and was told by the Hilton staff when I checked in that "online reservations are requets only, with no guarantees." ....a good thing to know before traveling 1300 miles. I got two double beds instead. There was no small fridge, no microwave, no complimentary internet access. Even the business center in the lobby requires you to buy access to their computers! A request to replace a burned out lightbulb was never acted upon.

Loved the location, the room was comfortable and clean. Our problem was we were given late check out and on Sunday morning when we slept in after a late Saturday we were awaken by someone coming in our room. Our deadbolt was not locked properly and thankfully we had the door security guard on or this couple would have come in our room with us still in bed. The front desk made an error and gave them our room with us still in it around 10 am when we had late checkout at 12:30. Spoke with the front desk and they were not real apologetic or even understanding.

This hotel is perfect for a getaway to Disney without the high cost. You can walk out of the hotel directly across the street to Downtown Disney. They also have access to the free disney shuttle every half hour to all disney parks. The hotel even shows a disney movie outdoors at the pool on a giant screen with free popcorn. The hotel has 2 heated pools and a great hot tub. Restaurants are great and they even have a coffee shop with limited food 24 hours a day. This definitely a hotel I would go back to again and again.
