Great hotel in awsome location

I loved this place it was clean and we could walk to downtown Disney hotel staff was awsome and the restuarant in the lobby was so great and it stays open till 2am also the gym had great equipment that my two teenaged boys loved five stars from our family

Clean, friendly, helpful, convenient and transportation to Disney attractions.. and the restaurant was great..

Not told about construction at hotel

Showed up to hotel for the weekend. Didnt realize that the Hilton was under construction. Woke up the next morning to banging and sawing. If I would of known the hotel was under construction I never would of booked it! Very disappointed.

Outstanding Hotel for the Money

You can walk to so many activities and the night life was great. The food at the Italin Bistro @ the hotel was great and fair priced for the quality and quanity of food. Wine selection incredable. A must stay when you in the area!

Outstanding Hotel - Greatly Recommend

I loved the Hilton. They provided outstanding service including clean and well maintained facilities. The location was also a definite plus. I vacation in the Orlando area a least twice a year and I plan on staying at the Hilton the next time I'm down there. Couldn't have been happier.

Even though it was a very nice hotel, I could not imagine paying the price they would charge you. This hotel, in my opinion, is only worth it if you get a deal through hotels.com. The fact that the hotel charges you $8 a day to park after paying such a high room rate is pretty ridiculous. The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, even the little market cafe was expensive. The beds are very comfortable, I usually wake up a few times during the night and I never woke up in these beds. I did notice my husband and I when we returned had what looked like bed bug bites on us. I can't be for certain that this is where they came from but it's a little suspicious. We wanted to go down to the pool however, the pool area was small and crowded so we did not use the pool area. We were very pleased with the service we received, everyone was so nice and helpful! Overall, you have to remember you're paying for the location. You cannot beat the location, it is literally steps away from Downtown Disney and maybe a mile away from Typhoon Lagoon. I'm not sure if I would stay here again, especially when the Hoilday Inn Express we stayed at off 95 on the way down was better.

Nice Place

but beware of hidden costs like parking. while there is parking available it's expensive and can really add up over a multi-day stay. If you have a car I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

Absurd Self-Parking Fee and Policy

...which was not mentioned when I booked the room. It's a Hilton, so everything is cookie-cutter and pretty nice. However, I can not get over the audacity of charging "guests" to self-park and walk half a mile to the hotel. If you choose to valet park - very well, you should pay extra for the convenience. But to charge for DIY parking and holding the car hostage (you can't exit the parking lot without the parking receipt) is absurd, particularly when it is not disclosed when you are booking the room. There were comparable hotels nearby with no parking charge which I would have booked and saved some money. I am disappointed with the price paid once the parking cost is factored in.
