Outstanding Hotel

From the moment that I pulled up in front of the hotel until I left, I was totally amazed at the friendliness of the staff. Everyone made me feel unique and special. My room was immaculate and meet all of my needs. I was there on business and everything I needed was available to me in my room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone whether for business or pleasure. Great job to everyone!!!!

Great Location in Downtown Disney area

Location is great if you want bus service to Walt Disney World. It is the first stop of the complimentary bus service. That means it is always on time and you can always find available seats.

Perfect price for the convenient location

I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay with all of its luxorious accomodations. The location was conveniently near shopping and restaurants of Downtown Disney.

Too many hidden expenses

There are a variety if hotels in the area that offer better services. You have to pay $10.00 a day to park, the internet access was also $10.00 a day a hardly worked!

Just One Negative

My only complaint is that the Hilton should have free parking for their hotel guests. If you are verifiably registered as a hotel guest, you should not have to pay for parking.

Great Room for the Money

The Hilton was a very nice hotel. Of course room service menu was over priced, they did have a 24 hour market on site, that was a little bit cheaper. The room was small, and the air conditioner was on a "sensor" that left the room stuffy upon arival each time you entered the room, did take awhile to cool down. We got a better price for the room, than we could have booking through the conference we were attending at the hotel, so that was definetly a plus. Would have been very dissatisified, if we would have paid the conference rate, and stayed in the room we had. Overall, a good room, but would probably be just as happy with a room at a less expensive hotel.

Very Disapppointing-Do not stay here

Unreal. Ittook me almost 1/2 and hour to check ,almost no one in front ofme...just dealing with customer issues. First they make you sign off and acknowledge that if you smoke in your room they will charge you $150 to clean the room. Then they gave me a smoking room! In fact the entire first floor is smoking room only. The room they gave me also smelled of vomit.I asked the manager to check it out me but she decided to give meanother room instead. They then changed my room.While clearly another smoking room it was in better shape. The tolite seat was almost off the toilet though. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are lots of hotels in the area

Location is great

Great option for the price. Closest hotel to Downtown Disney. Pool is heated which is a plus in the early Spring!
