Convenient location

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours from Newark. Upon arrival (at midnight), we were able to pick up our luggage then go upstairs to our hotel room without the hassle of further transfers. The next day, the hotel concierge took our luggage down to the Magical Express for our transfer to a Disney hotel - for a (minimum) fee of $10. That saved us having to hassle with luggage again. All in, the hotel was efficient and comfortable but not beyond expectations.

Nearly a great stay

Everything was great except for the fact that there was a frequent rattling or clanking noise during the night. This seemed to come from just outside the window but the reception staff did not seem to have any idea what it was or how to stop it. When you have been traveling all day the last thing you need is a disturbed nights sleep.

The self check in/out was easy and time saving! VERY convenient if late/early arrival/departure.

Clean and Convenient

We had an early flight (7 am) and you can't beat the convenience of this hotel. The rooms were big, nice and the food was great.

Outstanding Hotel

I travel throughout the US and our visit to this hotel was surprising fantastic. From hotel check-in, dinner and the bell man taking baggage to the airline check-in, it was a great experience! I can highly recommend it!!

Convenient and accomodating

We booked this hotel knowing that we would be arriving late at night into Orlando. When our flight was delayed more than 4 hours due to weather and arrived in the wee hours, the front desk was accomodating and let us check out late. It's nice to be able to collect one's luggage and just go up a floor to check in. And the complimentary breakfast in the Hemisphere restaurant that was included in our package was high quality. And if you need to exercise, just take a walk around the expansive airport.

Great Place to stay

We spent one night at the Orlando Hyatt at the Airport. Service was exceptional, and the convenience of a belhop taking our bags to our airline and to security was invaluable as we were traveling with a 2 year old. Definately worth the price for the convenience and how compfortable the room was. The beds are outstanding!

Convenience at a Price

We stayed here the night before our kids were due to fly into MCO on a red eye. It worked perfect! While the cost of the hotel is a bit high, we could not beat the convenience and we would recommend it to anyone that is looking for the same whether for personal or business use.
