Very cool hotel, convenient to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites

We stayed two nights here our first time in Seattle. The design of the hotel is beautiful, we had a great south-facing view from the 14th floor. The staff was really friendly and the BOKA restaurant had tasty food and drinks. It's within walking distance to Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square and the Underground Tour.

This hotel beat all our expectations. The staff was probably the friendliest hotel staff of anywhere we have stayed. Very highly recommended!

Fav hotel in Seattle

Everyone is great here. If you need a dog sitter they know who to call and he was great!! Ive stayed here before and will again.

Excellent rooms, great location, great service

Our room was very nice and comfortable with easy access to downtown attractions. There was a mix-up during check in and the staff was very accommodating. We would certainly stay there again if we make our way to Seattle.

Everything was good except the reservation...

This hotel is great. The rooms are beautiful and high tech, the service is impeccable and the location is very convenient to highways and Pike's Market. Everyone there was exceptionally courteous and helpful. On the down side, we reserved a Deluxe Waterview Room on hotels.com with a separate shower and "fill from the ceiling" tub. When we arrived, we got a VERY small room equipped for individuals with special needs that had a large shower only. When we pointed this out, they moved us to a room that was much larger and had a separate shower and tub as described. However, we had a view of a side street and an office building. Unfortunately I didn't realize this discrepancy until after I returned home and reviewed my reservation. I emailed them explaining the discrepancy and the difference in price for a water view vs. non water view room on hotels.com. I asked that they refund the difference to me, but they refused. They did offer me a 10% discount on an upgraded room within the next year if I returned to Seattle. That would be great if I had any intention of returning to Seattle anytime soon, but I don't. So what would have been an outstanding rating and an outstanding experience ended on a sour note. So the hotel is great while you're there -- just hope you don't have any issues with the charges, etc.

Grjeat hotel--clean, opulent, great location

I loved Hotel 1000. The location was perfect--downtown Seattle, within walking distance of fun restaurants and shops--two blocks away from the shore. The bed linens were lush, the bathroom sleek and beautiful--there was a great soaker tub, separate shower, and good lighting for getting ready. Downside: no safe in the room for locking up laptop. Left it out and it was still there when I got back from dinner, so that's a good sign! Overall I was very, very pleased. The front desk personnel, valets and others were very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the city.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed 5 nights for our anniversary trip. The staff was wonderful with last minute requests. Great location and bathroom was awesome with water from ceiling. The bed had luxury linens and very comfortable. Enjoyed stay and all staff was extremely friendly! Would recommend Dianne's urban kitchen just around the block great adventure thru Pike Place Market.
