The room was average - nothing special. Does not deserve 4 star rating and I feel was quite overpriced.

Convenient Location, nice place, lousy service

I kind of thought Hilton's were know for their outstanding customer service. Let me start by noting that each staff member of the concierge was great. But everyone else was subpar. The lady who greeted us when we checked in was not happy to see us. Neither was the bartender, the cafe barista, or waitstaff. The biggest problem was because of hotel cutbacks, they closed the Executive Lounge, which is exclusive to floors 9 & 10 and to which I gladly paid the extra $25 a night for. But we never got to even see the lounge because it was closed. And they "comped" us for breakfast but were not even waited on in the morning. The hotel shuttle is great. It really does run every 5-10 minutes and it will take you to any terminal or a surrounding hotel and most importantly to us, to the T train. The shuttle was definitely the best part of the hotel.

Disappointed

The maid service woke us up at 7:30am by walking into our room. She again returned at 9:00, no excuse for this since they are to check with the desk if you have left. What good is an eleven o'clock check out! Did advise front desk, but was advised that they would bring it to the attention of the manager.

Great!!

This hotel is great. its close to the airport and close to the train/subway station. The shuttles are great too. they are very timely and the drivers don't mind taking to and from the subway. Even though its near the airport you can't hear the plane what so ever. the view of the city is great from our room especially at night. The hotel was very clean, friendly and the food was good. The price is a little high but nothing out of the ordinary for Boston. If i was going back to Boston I would definitly stay here again this is the third time I stay at this hotel and every experience has been good. :)
