Very convenient

The hotel is what you expect from a large chain located by the airport and we had a good experience there: clean, spacious and modern rooms, efficient staff, good fitness facilities, convenient business center, etc. Nothing to get overly excited about, but also absolutely nothing to complain. Commuting in and out of town via shuttle and train was very efficient. Would certainly stay again.

"Hotel shuttle driver went off and left us"

When the Hilton Hotel shuttle drivers dropped off passengers at the hotel, we waited for them to get off first. Then the driver took off and left us. To make sure you get on, stand in front of van. Wave your arms when as the last passenger disembarks. Had to wait 15 minutes for the next one. Be aggressive.

Outrageous parking fee

The hotel was fine for our needs - we arrived at 10 at night and left at 4:30 am for a flight. The hotel itself is fine but the parking is a total and utter rip off. I felt conned. They charged $32 to park the car - that's almost as much as I paid to park my car at the airport where I live for 5 days. They have you though since there is no other option. Just be sure and add that amount in to the price of your hotel room.

Great Service

The first room we got had a very strong cigarette smell and when we called the front desk they, very willingly, put us in a different room. JoJo the concierge gentleman was very nice. The hotel is great and very accommodating. The business center was open and available 24 hours. We will definitely be staying there again.

Good Service

We were traveling with many bags and the bell service was excellent. It made keeping track of my four year old a lot easier and of course, the location was extremely convenient.

Extremely convenient for early morning flight

Our flight was departing at 6 AM, and this hotel was a great convenience -- we woke up, went down to the skywalk and right into the airport, never having to step outside. Room was clean and in good condition. Food was really pricey, but expected such in a big city next to an airport. Overall, no complaints.

Great Hotel - disappointing service

This hotel is actually attached to Logan Airport through a series of walkways above the airport roads. It is enormously convenient and is a beautiful hotel; much nicer than you would expect for an airport hotel. When we pulled up to the front of the hotel, the hotel employees stood around while we struggled to unpack the car and wheel in all of our luggage. When we gave our claim check to the bell captain and asked for our bags to be delivered to our room, he strongly suggested that it would be easier if we just took our own bags up. The people and check-in and check-out were similarly unhelpful.
