excellent hotel but consider the additional cost of parking which can not be avoided. $32.00 for self park and $38.00 for valet (11/2009). This on top the rather high room rates.

I stayed at the hotel because it was close to the areas where I was doing business. The hotel has a shuttle from the airport and shuttle to public transportation. The rooms were great - clean, spacious and modern. Even though it's close to the airport, I never hear the planes overhead. Good restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again.

When I am back in Boston and need a hotel near the airport this would be my only choice, great room view, nicely appointed and staff was excellent. See you next trip

Rooms were very plush and extremely quiet. Fantastic accessability to Boston Logan Airport. The best part though was the Lobster Mac and Cheese in the restaurant. How can I get that recipe? Best Mac and Cheese EVER!!!!!

If it hadn't been for Hotels.com and the rate that I paid, I would have been very upset to have paid the hotel's listed rates. Front desk at check in - 2 people and a line of 12-15 people to check in - poor waiting and very little communication. Temperature was actually nice for me, but it truly was very cold - even in the meeting rooms. When I returned to my room, toilet was dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. Soda machines installed on floors recently only take $2.50 in change - no change machines and people in the gift shop were grumbling about this. Service in restaurant based on looks - good looking people clearly were waited on over average folk.
