Ok for location and price

Beds were like sleeping on concrete with springs in your back...VERY uncomfortable!!! No remote for TV..other than that, room was clean and location of hotel was convenient

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

Floors were not swept good there was white threads or feathers not sweep. The hair dryer kept turning off and I couldn't finish drying my hair. The temperature out side was 39 degrees.They had new furniture in the Lobby you couldn't sit on because it had not been unwrapped. The parking lot was not very well lit and The rooms were sound proof. Here guest hooping and hollering downstairs and on our floor.

maintenance was poor.door to balcony was real hard to open and close.the room did not match the picture.

Needs alot of help

Hotel needs to change out their shower heads....it was like needles being shot at you. Also they need to update their air conditioning. It wasn't working, at all. The desk clerk said oh, we haven't turned it on yet. I will have to call the night manager to come turn it on. Then after that, which took an hour, it still didn't work. We ended up having to change rooms at 10:30pm and wake our exhausted children to do so. We went from having a kitchenette room to a regular room, no discount or difference in price was offered. Very dissatisfied with this hotel and would not refer this place to anyone.

Needs new managment

The bathroom was nasty. The front desk people were awful. They had horrible attitudes. Will never go back there and will never refer this hotel to anyone.

Gross !!!

This was the worst hotel we stayed in, it had vomit still on the carpet and on the side of the bed where my children slept, it was discusting and nothing was done about it. Their explanation was " spring breaker's " were disrespectful. Not Acceptable to Me!!!!!!!!!!!!
