A great Bang for your Buck

The hotel was minutes from the airport and CLEAN and had internet, pool and workout room and breakfast for a low price.

Outstanding Hotel, Clean, convenient, great staff

Never stayed at this hotel chain before and it is outstanding. We are from Hawaii and are very spoiled and loved this hotel in Orlando which is very close to the airport.

Rude front desk staff

The TV in our room was old and due to that fact, the colors were very dark and there were only two - violet and dark blue and it was impossible to see anything on it. When we called the front desk we were told that they were busy and it wasn't important to them. Upon going to the front desk there was a line of three people waiting to check in. We asked a second young man behind the counter for the last name of "Randall" the clerk who was so rude and he claimed he didn't know it and accused us of giving him attitude. We requested to speak with the manager and were told that he couldn't be reached even though "Randall" was speaking with him on the phone. While my daughter was trying to speak with the general manager, a maid who was standing at the front desk asked me if she could help. Her name was Denise. After giving her a thumbnail sketch of what was wrong, she said she would get the maintenance man and proceeded to do just that. It took the very nice maintenance man about 10 minutes to remedy the situation. More training is definately needed for the front desk staff.

Super Place to stay

We were well pleased with the comfort of our room.The staff was helpful and friendly.We would fully recommend to anyone their stay will be pleasant and enjoyable.

Excellent value and great front desk

This was an excellent inexpensive place to stay overnight while awaiting a flight the next day. The service was excellent. They provided shuttle from the airport, business center, wireless, fridge in room, washer/dryer available for guests. Everything I needed!

Good hotel for price and location to airport

Arrived to hotel a few hours before check in time. Only had to wait 5-10 mins for the desk clerk to find a room for me even though I was early. Room was bigger than I expected. Had a nice size bathroom. Only complaint I had with hotel was the guest laundry service. There were only 1 set of washer/dryer and the laundry room was pretty dirty. There was no dispenser for detergent/softner - I had expected to be some sort of vending machine for this. After talking to front desk, they were able to find me a package of detergent, which they didn't charge me for. That made up for the inconvenience. Recommend for anyone needing to stay over 1 night. Better for business than pleasure I would say.

The pros and the cons

Pros: What wonderful service. So friendly and personable in a large city. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was on time and handy. Cons: The TV was in an awkward place to watch from bed. No big deal.

Close and Easy Airport access. Great Bed. Very Clean. If you have a early flight, this is a great hotel. easy parking.

Great Hotel for the Price, Very Nice Staff

We only stayed over one night but la Quinta was a very nice hotel. There were no problems checking in or out, and they had a nice breakfast in the morning. Our transportation that we had reserved screwed up at the last minute and the front desk was very helpful in arranging us a new ride to Port Canaveral in minutes. The price was the same as what we were going to pay anyway, and the driver was reliable and friendly. I would really recommend this hotel.

Best hotel for the money by far!

Inexpensive, clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and cool to tourists. Brian and Ivy at the front desk are the best! They have bagels and stuff out for breakfast and a shuttle to Orlando Airport (MCO) that is about 2 miles away. Note: If you want to rent a car, there is a HUGE Hertz car rental just a couple blocks down. You could walk it if it's not too hot/muggy outside.

Great comfort and very convenient.

Great for the price as far as comfort, breakfast, convenience and pool to cool off in and relax. Free shuttle but ends at 11am and after 9am it leaves on every hour.
