The hotel itself was very clean and easy to get to. The only problem I had were the doors. Every time someone on the floor opened or closed their room door it would cause my room door to bang into the frame (due to the change in pressure and lack of padding within the frame). Because of this, I woke up about 6 times during the night. However, the beds were comfortable and the room was otherwise perfect. Very clean and spacious.

We stayed just one night. The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. It looked recently remodeled. We got in late and left early so we didn't experience anything else but the room. We are traveling to Orlando next month and I have booked this hotel again!I highly recommend it to business travelers.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The noise insulation between rooms could have been better.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 19Mixed Emotions - Service ?
Check-in was easy, room was clean and very presentable. Airconditioning did not work properly for the two days I was there. Had to get attendant to "Signal" the system to operat. Only operated for 45 minutes and shut down. Business Center equipment, printing boarding passes, would not work. Was not supported by the front desk or offer to help.....

Good location to the airport and the shuttle runs frequently. The rooms were clean and very comfortable& the breakfast selection was good. The only thing I didnt like was that the internet was not wireless so I had to plug in and sit at the work desk without having the freedom of elsewhere. I also don't think its fair that airline staff can just walk in and jump to the head of the line & get to check in while everyone has to wait. This happened twice and made us (and 5 others) wait an extra 10 minutes to check in which is not fun after a 6 hour flight.
