Right Place, Right Style

We have stayed here three times and find the staff and experience great every time. The hotel is especially convenient--located near a new subway line and across from the Municipal Gvt Building with its free observation towers on the 45th floors. Bellman staff very helpful and all the services you could need.

"A Great Place to Stay in a Busy City"

Excellent service and staff along with great location made for an outstanding hotel which I would highly recommend. The expresso machine in their room is just fantastic!

Great location, amenities, service, but can be smokey

We stayed in the main tower and the ONLY complaint was that we had asked for a non-smoking room. They did not have any available. Although the room was not too bad with the smoke smell, outside in the hallway it was terrible. The new tower had non-smoking floors and they were all booked up. I would stay again, if I were guaranteed a non-smoking floor.

Location

It was very convenient location. Didn't like lobby's seating. It was right by the door and wind was blowing so hard and very cold. They should have more seating available.

nice rooms and location

The rooms and lobby was very nice and modern. The staff was excellant. Location was convenent but if you come from the train station get directions before.

Great Hotel For Tokyo Stay

Great hotel. Courteous staff who all speak English fairly well. About 5 minute walk from Shinjuku Station (use the Central West Exit). Overall an excellent location from which to base yourself while in Tokyo. Pool was under renovation when I visited, but otherwise, all facilities were very good.

we loved it

it is really great hotel, the staff speaks english which is very helpful. we stayed in the south tower for one nite, the air con didn't flow correctly and the room was stuffy, went to mt fuji and the hotel was able to hold our luggage for 2 days and stayed in the newly rennovated main towers for 2 nites, which is super nice. there is shuttle bus to airports which is very convenient when you have a lots of baggage and a toddler, and shuttle bus to disneyland. there is passage way from the hotel to underground shinjuku station, ask the bell captains and they will show it to you, you won't get caught in the rain.

Deluxe vs. Standard Rooms

I stayed at the Deluxe and Standard rooms. The Deluxe is great. However, the Standard is not that good. I would not stay at the Standard ever again. It's too small, too much guest traffic around the standard rooms, and too much smoke and nicotine smell.

Outstanding and convenient

The limo bus took us right to the hotel. The front desk upgraded us at no extra charge. The bellhop refused our tip, saying service was the keynote. The soap, shampoo, etc. were French. However the coffee shop downstairs, Jurin, was way over-priced. But for breakfast we found a nice coffee shop on the first floor of an office building across the street. Unfortunately, I forgot the name. Lots of other shops and a department store were within walking distance.

Perfect Fit

This hotel was a perfict fit for my needs. Great location, great staff, great food, great room....simply great! One of the very few times in my well traveled lifetime that I have had such a pleasant experience. Well done Keio Plaza!
