Needs maintenance

The hotel is in need of major renovations. The room was clean, but the furniture was old. The hotel was conveniently located to the beach. You get what you pay for..........

Great Stay

We had a great stay. We were very satisfied with the pet run area. It was large enough to walk our Yorkies and really like the side entrance to the pet area. It also was very clean!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel to other pet owners!

Not outstanding but OK

The location was good midway on the beach, we thought we had a ocean view room but instead we had a dune view room. The front desk lady moved us to the 3rd floor so we would be happy,she upgraded us for free. just so you know do not take any floor below 3 if you want an oceanview

Great room, reasonable rate

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable & convinient. The on-site restaurant & bar were excellent, esp. Audrey. We will stay here again.

Great Room

This hotel was great but the only problems we had was that someone tried to come into the room to inspect the room after we had checked into the room. It said it had a DVD player in the room and it did not. Other than that the view was great and the room was great.

Needs Improvement

I believe the rooms could be improved, Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and on the fourth day there we had to to a diffrent room because our sockets were burned out the tolilet in our room was not secured every time you sat on it, it moved. The coffee pot did not work. Most of the staff there was nice but their were some rude ones.

Sand dunes and dog poop

I asked for ocean view and got ocean side with a two story sand dune in front of the window. Also just outside the door (between the motel and the dune) was the doggie bathroom. I would have thought that the dog owners would clean up or the motel owners since the charge is $10 per night per pet. If you stay here watch where you step and don't go walking at night.

Decent Accommodations

The room was decent. The balcony and windows needed a good cleaning. When we first arrive there were cigarette butts on the balcony and the chairs were dirty. We talked with the gentleman at the desk and he graciously gave us another room which was a little better. The heating and air unit was very noisy. Overall, I would give the accommodations a C and the staff a C+.
