Good place to stay with kids

Decent tourist hotel. Rooms and service were fine, nothing special but decent. Very nice pool, great for kids.

Close to Fenway

Great location, close to Fenway if you're a sports fan, nice walk before/after game. Also, great restaurants within walking distance to hotel on Boylston and surrounding streets. Adjacent to Prudential Center for top of Pru views and shops below.

Great room for the money and location

This location was perfect. A close walk to Fenway and closer walk to the trains. A lot of options in this area. Swimming pool is very small but I wasn't there to swim in a hotel pool. Great place to stay in Boston. A lot of cool bars in the area as well

Good Hotel

The Sheraton is a great hotel in a fabulous location. Unfortunatey, the pool was broken when we got there and we were not able to use it for a full day!

this hotel was great. was able to check in at 11am instaed of 3pm staff was very friendly and helped us out. room had a great view and the room was very nice. pool was nice too.

The staff was really helpful and checking in went very smoothly. The location and price were great. The rooms were very clean and it was in a great location.

Overall, a pleasant experience

Walked into the lobby and was pleased with the overall look, it looked classy. Check-in was speedy with no difficulties. The room was on the South Tower and had no view to speak of (which was fine by me, I was there for the Sox/Yanks ballgame and alone. The room was quite spacious. There was an old washcloth hidden behind a shower curtain and one chair seat was wet (possibly from cleaning?), so housekeeping was not on top of their job. I found the beds a bit hard, but that is a personal thing. Great location, connects to the Prudential Center shopping and has many restaurants nearby. Due to reviews about expensive breakfasts at the hotel, I had breakfast around the corner at Thornton's Restaurant on Huntington. The food and prices were good.

Great view, great location

So I went up for weekend trip to Boston and found a promotional deal for a the Sheraton. The room (standard double) was pretty nice, the beds were quite comfy and the view(25th floor) was of the city and the charles river. Bathroom soaps were made by Bliss. We used a check in kiosk, which was somewhat confusing to use, but it was very speedy. I never once talked to a hotel employee as the auto kiosk replaced the check in desk and we didnt stay long enough to even catch housekeeping. Anyway the location is amazing, connected to the prudential center. Most parts of the city are less than an hour walk in either direction. Would definitely recommend it. If i can find a good deal again I might just head back up for another Boston visit!
