Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 29Great Hotel - Great Location
This hotel is very nice with friendly, helpful staff. It is a short walk to Fenway Park (15 minutes) and is connected to the Prudential Center, where you will find great shopping & food. Surrounding are is very nice, with restaurants, bars & shops nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful time at the Sheraton in Boston. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were extra large and very comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated. The hotel was close to Newbury and Bolston Streets, we were able to walk to both, and we were 5 minutes from the subway and duck tours. The Sidebar inside the Sheraton was nice and the drinks were well priced.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 29Elegant Hotel for a Great Price
The Boston Sheraton is right in the heart of everything. Connected to the Prudential Center, you have access to shopping opportunities, as well as all the tourist information you need (at the customer information booth). It is walking distance to the original "Cheers" bar, and right across the street from Kings Billiards, a place of fine dining, bowling, billiards, and karaoke. The hotel itself is beautiful with comfortable rooms (with spectacular views), an Olympic-sized swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and an amazing fitness center. I would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 29Fantastic hotel
The hotel was a pleasure from the moment we arrived. It is a beautiful hotel, very close to the subway which made getting around the city easy. The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Both restarants on site served great food and the pool and hot tub area were clean and enjoyable.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 29Great Hotel a great price in the heart of Back Bay Boston!!
This is a very popular hotel in a great location in Back Bay. Walking distance to restaurants, great shopping, etc. We stayed here for a mini-honeymoon getaway and the front desk guy upgraded us to a suite for free! Nice touch! The price can't be beat either. The only complaint is the cost to park your car overnight. I know it's costly to park in Boston, but I just think that the cost to park should be included in the price of the room.

Great location to Newbury Street and Fenway Park. Just a brief walk to both. The only problem we had was that the tub was backed up a bit. Other than that the hotel was perfect. Great bedding and a wonderful view.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 29Nice Stay
The only suggestion I have is the parking. I was not aware you would have to pay for parking as well. It may have said it when I booked it but I don't recall that. Other then that it was a nice place to stay and close enough to Fenway Park that you can walk!

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 29Shouldn't have to pay $42 for parking-way too much!!!
I like this hotel but they charge too too much for parking-$42 a day-when the parking garage next door is only $16. Other hotels give free parking with Red Sox tickets like we had. Eat outside the hotel in the mall in the Prudential Center or Copley Square. Room service is too much and not that good either.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 29WE GOT SICK FROM STAYING HERE!
Wow where to start....ok please read the entire review so this wont happen to you! We arrived at the hotel and the valet people didn't want me to park in front of the hotel to unload my bags and check in, he wanted my keys, we walk inside and I'll admit its a beautiful hotel, a lot of nice things like the touch screen computer by the Starbucks, they also have a lounge area, Tv, and computers all inside. They have 2 towers, south and north, we stayed at the south tower, floor 26, we hoped to get a view of the river, but we got a view of the city, so far everything was nice....then the first night, we tried to get comfortable but the bed was so bad, and the pillows, oh wow, my fiancee and I woke up at least 10 times each, that night we started sneezing, and our eyes started burning, next morning i left the paper on the bed asking for the sheets to be changed and they WEREN'T. The second night was even worst, whenever we got into out hotel room we began to sneeze and our eyes were bothering us! It was terrible, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Moving on, the pool from the pictures looks amazing and big! Well its not, it's not the big, and the water oh man if you get a little bit in your mouth by accident while doing your laps, get ready to get sick! It's disgusting! The sign says you have to shower before entering the pool, but where is the shower and changing room? Didn't see it. There is not breakfast included, no fridge in the room, the room has been renovated but the restroom is half old and half new, the tub is pink like the 80s, and on the other hand the marble counter-top is very nice! They also have a very nice hairdryer. The location is great in downtown Boston, but I would rather pay less for a hotel without all the bells and whittles but with comfortable bed and pillows! I went to the Prudential center from the Hotel, which is very nice you don't have to walk outside to get to Dunkin Donuts. Overall I am very disappointed with this hotel ch
