Good location and plenty to do

Overall a good hotel. Pricey but good. The attached convention center and mall made it convenient and the T (subway) is right around the corner at the Prudential Tower which takes you anywhere in the city you need to go (safely). When I am in Boston next year I will be staying there again.

I was in a ServiceMaster QRV meeting and they choose the hotel most likely for the location. It was a good choice overall except for an incident that happened one of the nights. We were in the bar and one of the bartenders, not the one was attending us, was very rude to us when a draft beer fountain splash beer over my wife's purse when he was using it. I asked him if he realized what happened and he said no. I explained to him and his answer was "Good, what do you wnat me to do. Move to another chair" You just imagine what happend next. The manager came very sorry and appologetic and even offer to pay the next round. The situation was very well handleded by the manager and by the bartender who attended us. Other than that it was good.

Good location - need to update bathroom

Great location, great lobby and amenities like computers and Starbucks. Actual room was good, new tv and desk. The tv picture was fuzzy on all channels. Biggest complaint was the bathrooms. They were in bad need of an upgrade, a serious upgrade. Very small, peeling paint, worn fixtures, towels like sandpaper. For the price and location it's worth it but don't expect to be impressed.

Expensive, but all in the area are

I would have thought that internet access would be included in the cost of the room. Which for me was very expensive, but I understand the going rate in Boston. An additional 4.50 for 30 min of internet blew my top.
