Hotel Was Absolutely Incredible

This is by far my favorite hotel that my girlfriend and I have steyed at. The staff was great and extremely friendly from the bell hops to the cleaning crew. This was the perfect hotel for the couple that is into modern design and attention to detail. Dana had it all and then some. Chicago was great and it was the best feeling to know you had such a great room to come back to after a long day of exploring. Location is perfect and in a safe place. Staff remembered our names after the first day and was sure to congradulate us on our Anniversary the day of without warning. They really seemed to care for each resident. When we return to Chicago, it's good to know we already have our hotel to stay at picked out. I'd like to give a special thanks the the staff and Dana for making this trip one of the best trips my girlfriend and I have been on.

Loved it

My wife and I spent the evening last night as guests of the hotel in a corner king room. I chose the hotel based on the reviews that I read here of previous guests. There were a number of rave reviews and I am pleased to say that for the most part the hotel lived up to those recommendations. The Vertigo bar service was a little lacking last night as it seemed to be understaffed. But all in all a fabulous experience from the attitude of the staff, to the amenities and décor, our stay at Dana was a very pleasurable experience. The hotel is not for everyone because of its modern design,but we loved it.

Great value

Loved the location, the staff and the room. Great restaurant on premises and the spa is excellent! Would be reluctant to stay anywhere else next time we were in Chicago.

Very nice Hotel

Stayed there for a night with my girlfriened, and loved it. The room had a great view which was exactly what i asked for. The staff was more than helpful, and everyone was very nice.

Affordable Upscale Accommodations

We really enjoyed the hotel. The only negative of the room was that it smelled moldy and at times was overbearing in the smell. There appeared to be some water damage on the walls in our room. Otherwise it was very upscale for the price. Hip and fun hotel with friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel

By far this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Chicago. It is only a couple of blocks from the best shopping on Michigan Ave. The L red/brown line is only a couple of blocks away (easy to get to Wrigley Field). The room had lots of ammenities including an IPOD Docking station, free Internet service (wireless and wired), an affordable mini bar and a nice wine selection in your room! Parking was a bit difficult (valet only), but, you do not really need a car unless you need to go to the suburbs. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Hotel!!

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were soft and wonderful. The spa shower was magical, and the room was clean. Over the weekend we heard the traffic and sirens very clearly from the 9th floor, but it didn't bother us too much. The breakfast vouchers helped a lot, and the food was quite tasty, service professional and friendly. The only downfall was we received a special price on our room, if we had to pay full price on our room, we wouldn't have been able to afford it.

Excellent weekend getaway

The hotel staff was very friendly. Everyone greeted us in a very friendly manner and treated us like we were the only guests. The hotel room was very comfortable.

Fantastic

The overall neatness of the hotel and the professionalism of the hotel staff were what impressed me the most. The doormen make you feel like celebrities. This place is great. Book your reservation with confidence.
