On the edge of downtown

If one is visiting downtown Le Havre, this location is pretty good. Our room looked out over the Bassin du Commerce and Espace Niemeyer (the picture in the Michelin Normandy Book could have been taken out of our window). The hotel restaurant is okay but there are other restaurants within a ten minute walking radius. There is underground garage parking and the hotel is convenient to the main routes into and out of town.
