Great hotel

This is a great hotel to stay at right downtown. It was reasonably priced. The room was clean and our favorite part was the high ceilings on the 15th floor. The breakfast was good. They also have two pool tables. We enjoyed our experience.

Great location

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is always top notch and the rooms are big and comfy. It's perfect for downtown concerts and games, and close to 4th St entertainment. Some of the bars close early close to the ball park though, so if you're looking for nightlife, you may have to venutre more into the Warehouse district. You can't beat the breakfast either. Great combination for the money.

Outstanding Hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. The building had a great historical feel to it. The location relative to attractions was awesome. The only issue I had was trying to get swindled by locals for parking fees and/or the panhandling. I imagine both are to be expected in a "big" city like Cleveland.

I just wish we could of checked in early. when driving in from other cities and states in nice to be able to go right into your room when u arrive.

great hotel!

This hotel ws perfect! Our room was remarkable. There was so much extra room. and the breakfast then next morning was outstanding. If I ever make it back to cleveland, I will efinitely use this hotel again!

Very nice hotel

We stayed at this location to attend a concert and were very pleased. We will stay here again the next time we go to Cleveland. Everything we needed was in walking distance, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Outstanding Hotel

We were very happy with the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. We've stayed at other hotels in the area and this one by far exceeded our expectations.

Great room for the money

Nice big room, close to nightlife. The ice machine didnt work, but they did eventually bring us ice.

Nice Hotel

This is a very well run hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The distance to the parking log is somewhat of a problem--and something you might want to mention.

Needs Improvement

I pre booked and pre paid my stay - I called four hours prior to my arrival to verify my stay, however upon my arrival they did not have the rooms that I paid for available. The associate that was dealing with our party was not helpful at all. After one hour, and three attempts to check in, another associate went out of her way to help us. Our stay was nice but the check in process was a complete and total nightmare - We come to Cleveland several times a year and unfortunately we will not book at this hotel again.
