Honeymoon suite was awesome!

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite for our 5 year anniversary. The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels and two TVs! The breakfast was very good, and the only problem we had was there wasn't a lot of hot water in the morning, but they apologized and compensated us for that. Parking was $12 and that was as much come and go as we wanted, and it was very close to the hotel. Overall, we would love to go back!

Not exactly what I had in mind

I booked and paid for a smoking room and I received a non-smoking room for my girlfriend and myself. My room was advertised as having a Jacuzzi and there was nothing of the such. The complimentary breakfast was standing in line for 30 minutes for a couple of paper-thin slices of microwaved bacon-in-a-bag. For the money I spent, I was expecting triple the experience and that is being generous from a low-maintenance couple. If it's between sleeping in your car and this hotel, by all means pay for a comfortable bed to sleep in. If it's between this and any other hotel in the city, please be smart and research more hotels before you settle so quickly.

Wonderful Hotel

So much more than was expected. It was beautiful and a really wonderful stay.

Call Ahead

We loved the hotel except the check in process was a little crazy. I called ahead because I had read other reviews with the same problem. When I called the main hotel they did not have our reservation but when I called the 800 number and they had us listed. Make sure you call ahead!

Nice Hotel

Our hotel stay was Good. There were two issues we did not like. Housekeeping took about 3 hours to come clean the room and the plumbing in bathroom needs attending to. I would stay at the hotel again.

Excellent service

The hotel has excellent service, someone is always ready to help you. This is proabably the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel, but the first time I used hotel.com. I am pleased with hotel.com service and the room has an excellent rate.

Free Upgrade

When booking the room on hotels.com only option was standard room. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi at no additional cost. Great service, good free breakfast, definitely use in future!!!!

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel was wonderful, and the bed so confortable abd wonderful bathroom aminities, plus a great breakfast. Our only negative was we paid for a suite and did not get one, also there was so much noise we did not sleep at all, but that is the fault of the rude people not the hotel.
