Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland Downtown

Excellent Choice

The only negative was that our room was not ready until 3:30, so we could not get in before the games. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the friendly service. They have done a great job with keeping the the original architect in tact.

just okay

the room was big but uncomfortable. The elevators are scary. We didn't sleep at all because of the banging of some door down the hall. Not sure what it was but every hour or so there was a big bang.. sounded like a door being slammed. It was close to the Quickens Loan Arena but that was it. The price of this hotel is way over what I would pay for this type of hotel.

Excellent Room for the Money

This is the third time we've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, and we've been very pleased every time. The rooms are enormous and well appointed, the beds are very comfortable, and the free breakfast has lots of delicious choices. Extra perks include a nice, if basic, workout room and a beautiful lobby in an historic downtown building

Great Location

We went to see a cavs game and the hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the arena. Nice restaurants and a bowling alley are also nearby. We will stay here again

Awsome place to stay

It was nice to have a nice place next to where we watched the game at!!!

excellent hotel

very satified with everything included in my trip ,I will be using this hotel every time I am in Cleveland.It could be a little cheaper but so could everything else.

Great Location, Decent Price

However, I did not see the parking cost mentioned in the description. That makes a difference when selecting a hotel, particularly when you are not rich and the cost actually enters double digits, though it was not irrational. I only wish these sites would be honest with their customers. Otherwise, the hotel was in a very convenient location, the room was large and clean, the staff was polite and the price was decent.

Elegant

Very beautiful hotel. Room was very large and had hardwood floors-no musty smell or allergens! Only wish would be the parking to be more clearly marked. A restaurant open in the evening would be great,too, despite plently within walking distance.
