slow service

Check in was painfully slow, I had to return for a package that was waiting for me upon check in. Alarm didn't work.

Business trip

The hotel was clean and efficient. There is a pub restaurant in the hotel that was friendly, provided good service and good for food for reasonable price. The access to the hotel was confusing and difficult for someone driving and not familiar with the area. The hotel provides a good service for someone traveling on a budget.

Needs Improvement

It is located outside of the city, so you must have a car in order to get there. The guy had us checked in for the wrong night, and when I showed him the confirmation details, he acted as if he was doing us a favor by changing it to the correct night. The heat was blasting when we arrived, so we had to turn on the AC in order to keep from melting, even though it was literally below zero outside. And the main water line malfunctioned in the morning, so we didn't have any water for a shower.
