GREAT LOCATION & REDO

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year and have always had a great experience with the staff and amenities the hotel offers. The location is great and is accesible to downtown by the hotels free shuttle or by walking. The view of lake Erie is fantastic as well as the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and Browns Stadium. The in-house Starbucks is so appreciated. Our only concern is that we felt that the Garage Parking should be less expensive or free for guest!

Hope you're not in a hurry

The hotel elevators were the joke of everyone staying there. One of the four was not in service. One of the working elevators seemed to have a mind of it's own and go where it wanted. The elevators did not communicate with eachother, so if someone rang for an elevator on the 14th floor, they all stopped on the 14th floor. Overall, an unacceptable amount of our time was spent waiting to go up or down on the elevators. It was such an annoyance that I would think twice about booking this hotel again.

Nice hotel but expensive parking

The room was very nice it is exactly how it looks on the website and it was inexpensive. The only thing we were displeased with is we had asked for extra blankets and never received them and also we had to pay $36 for parking. On the website if you look further then the main pages it says there is a surcharge for parking. we just weren't expecting to pay $18/night.

Still Renovating

They are still in the midst of renovating the hotel, so don't expect perfection.
