Lovely brick building on a quiet street, no noise at night. Very comfortable room, though some are small on each floor. Only complaint was a slow shower drain, but prompt service remedied that. The accordian player and champagne in the foyer were pleasant.

Visiting Chicago with a girl friend to do some shopping. This hotel is walking distance to everything the Magnificent Mile has to offer. Within two blocks from the entertainment/shopping area of Water Tower Place, safe neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable an spacious. The overall value of this hotel is outstanding! I'm planning an shopping weekend getaway with my husband this winter and we will stay at Raffaello!

Location and price were why we picked this hotel. It was quiet at night, had close self parking, and a small convenience store across the street. It was clean and safe. It wasn't fancy but we didn't pay for that so we were very satisfied.
