Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 66Great hotel and good location
CLean, updated with a modern decor in an older Hotel and rooms are good size. Family of 4 stayed in one room comfortably. Great proximity (walking distance) to magnificent mile stores or take a taxi to the navy pier, museums, etc. for $10/ride. 3 blocks from Lake Michigan.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 66Great room, great location, great value
The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel was awesome and exceeded my expectations. We stayed with an 18 month old and 8 year old and the room was super. Clean, modern, roomy enough for a pack and play. The location was great to Michigan Avenue and we walked everywhere. The only thing that seemed excessive was the parking charge for overnight. Make sure you factor that in your budget. I would stay here again and recommend it, I already have.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 66What a great deal!
We got a great deal on Hotels.com for our stay!!! The hotel was great. The only complaint we would have is there were some areas like bottoms of doors that needed painted and some small mainentance work, but it didn't detract from our stay. The hotel is in a GREAT location! Only a couple blocks from Lake Michigan and a block from the John Hancock Building and Mag. Mile.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 66Great deal, right location, large suite, reasonable parking.
We loved staying at the Raffaello. Close to all attractions. Parking across the street at a reasonable price. Courteous staff. The suite was marvelous, with a sitting room along with the king bed room. We would certainly try to stay there next time in Chicago.

Great location. Nice, clean, and comfortable beds. Great room. Easy walking distance to many of the city's shopping venues. Definitely, we would come back again!

We stayed in this little boutique hotel last year when visiting our favorite city and just fell in love. The staff is there when you need them but not constantly demanding that they help every time you go in or out. The room size (we've stayed in the deluxe and grande) is AMAZING, especially for downtown Chicago. The beds are so comfy and the hotel is literally not even 1/2 block from the Hancock Building and across the street from the Four Seasons. The location is as prime as you can get :)

Hotel very clean and updated. Great food at restaurant. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to walk to Navy Pier and also only 1 block from Michigan Ave. Would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to Navy Pier. Nice interior remodels. Helpful front desk, I forgot the camcorder bag, called front desk while on the road, they help me to retrieve it instead of sending me to lost and found. Will stay again

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 66Outstanding value and location
The Raffaello was ideally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio - awesome views! Our room was small, but clean and very comfortable. The only negative was that there was no restaurant operating on the premisis. The sign stated that it was due to open sometime this fall. However, the roomservice was convenient and very good.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 66Great hotel, would definitely stay there again!
From the minute we checked in, we were very pleased with the Raffaello Hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room from a double double-bed room to a king-bed suite at no extra charge. The room itself was updated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with a down comforter instead of a traditional hotel bedspread that never seems clean. The bathroom was great- very modern and clean, with a huge partially open shower with a detachable/handheld shower head. Beyond the room itself, the location was great, especially for the money- only a block or two off of Michigan Avenue. We will definitely go back!
