Great Hotel - Outstanding Location

Overall great experience! Suggestions for improvement: Treadmills - 1 did not work and the other was extremely loud. Couch in suite room very uncomfortable.

Very Nice Hotel

We were very pleased with the hotel - great location (1 block off of Michigan Ave. Wonderful restaurant with bar attached to the hotel. Spacious room.

Oustanding hotel for the price

We got an upgrade from the king size room to a suite and it was amazing! The suite was very big. There were two large flat screen TVs, one in bedroom and the other in the living room. The location was great, a block from michigan av. On the other hand, the bathroom was pretty small and they came to our room to check the minibar after a couple hours of us checking in the hotel...that was weird. Overall, a really nice hotel...i would give it a FULL 4 star rating.

Bad Start, Outsanding Save

We chose the Rafaello for our first wedding anniversary. I wanted to suprise my wife with roses that were to be waiting in the room. Apparently the consierge couldn't handle that simple request. However, the manager on duty went out of her way to find the flowers, upgrade us to a suite, and spoiled us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Other than the one oversight, the hotel was immaculate and the rooms were amazing. I cannot say enough about the manager that very quickly made our stay worth remebering!
