Wonderfully remodeled

I have stayed in the past 20 years 4 times at this hotel, appreciating the location. What a wonderful remodel in the past 6 months. The refrigerator bar area was wonderful and well accessorized. The beds were very comfortable. All the details of the room were very tasteful and well thought out. The taxes and parking fees add one fourth to the costs typical of all hotels in this area. My first choice on my next visit.

Comfortable, Great Price

The room rate was very reasonable for a downtown hotel and only one block from our event. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

This is not a 4-5 star hotel. No room service, room was nice but seemed a bit old. Wouldn't stay there again for the money.

Great Value

Got a great deal with hotels.com on this hotel. Great location. Wished they had lounge or restaurant but for the price it's understandable. Was unable to adjust the AC to our liking. Temp didn't change no matter how low we put it so room was a bit warmer than we like.

Great location/hotel for the money

Do yourself a favor and take a walk up to the rooftop terrace. Great view. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect if you want to walk around Chicago.

The Raffaello was wonderful!

this place was a jewel off michigan avenue. the staff, facilities, and location were awesome. if you are looking for a great place to stay in chicago, STAY HERE! =)

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean. Great location. Updated room and bath. Beds very comfortable. Rooftop great to unwind. Will stay again.

Lovely Hotel

We only stayed one night but the room was very peaceful and pleasant. I would have liked to have a brochure giving some history for the hotel. The staff was very warm and friendly. We will stay there again.

STAY HERE!!

The staff was extreemly friendly. I took my 4 y.o. daughter the the American Girl Doll store. The Rafaello was in the water tower's back yard. Very close! Hotel staff treated her wonderfully!(especially the doormen! GREAT STAY!!! We will stay no where else.
