Magnificent hotel

The Windor Court is the best hotel in New Orleans, excellent in every respect. I'll never stay elsewhere when I visit New Orleans.

Hotel Stay

The first night stay was in a small room with excellent accomodations but the room had mold in the minibar refrigerator and ventilation. Next moring Ir equested just for th eroom to be more thoroughly cleaned and they reloacted me immediately without question into a suite. The front desk did not flinch an eye to accomdate me and was very impressed with the service. The hotel restaurant, The Grill and Polo Room outstanding with great entertainment. Impecable service, expensive but worth every dollar.

Needs Updating

I think 4.5 stars is too high for this hotel - although I was told it "used to be" one of the top hotels in the city, it is dire need of an update...cheesy decor and uncomfortable beds... The service was very good.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely hotel with the friendliest of staff. All our needs were met and our expectations exceeded. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Outstanding hotel as always- great service- friendly staff-within walking distance or by cab to Superdome (Tulane/LSU game)- French Quarter and of course Galatoire's

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Disappointed however in the "junior suite". I wasn't expecting an "oversized room".

Outstanding hotel

Wonderful hotel. Huge rooms with even bigger bathrooms. Outstanding service. First class bar and restaurant.
