I have stayed ast this hotle multiple times in the last five years. It is beyond a doubt the finest hotel in New Orleans.

Comfortable, Accommodating, Excellent Location

Luxurious French Hotel. Within walking distance of Bourbon Street, Audubon Aquarium, St. Charles streetcar, and Superdome. Friendly, Helpful staff. Nice in house restaurant and English tea room. Wonderful courtyard and good selection of artwork. Unique rooms that are well decorated, a flat panel TV upgrade would be my only suggestion. The room service was good with a nice selection, and a portion of the menu is available 24hrs a day. Valet takes all the hassle out of parking, but you are charged for it. The central location means you will hear the sounds of the city into the night, especially during busy times. Try to get a higher room on the riverside if noise is a problem. Rooms have either balconies or windows, request your preference.

Top Hotel In New Orleans

The Windsor Court Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!( the staff, room, food, location..everything about this hotel was above satisfaction) Wonderful staff... Their hospitality is a true example of what New Orleans, Louisiana is all about! The Grill Room is fabulous...have to say the best food I have ever had in New Orleans. The Windsor Court is at the top of my list of places to stay in NOLA!!!!

To Impress

If you want a first class hotel with location, service, and attention this is where to stay. Old world decor that could use a little polish, but the place to stay if you are the 5 star traveler.

Fantastic Place to Stay...Close to All

Windsor Court was wonderful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The personal attention was phenomenal. From the first moment you pull onto the property to the last second of our stay, someone was always ready to help. The Concierge had fantastic recommendations for dinner and the turn down service was more than expected. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the accomadations were fantastic. Now, the location...it was perfect. The hotel is located within walking distance of the French Quarter and is easily accessible. It was close enough we never used our car during our stay, but far enough from the night life that we were able to get a great night sleep every night. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe at any time. We stayed on the main thorough fares in the French Quarter, but took a streetcar out to the Garden District and walked around. No one ever approached us. The locals were friendly and open to questions. We truly enjoyed our stay in New Orleans at Windsor Court Hotel!

Great Hotel

Very nice hotel in a great location. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street, yet close enough to walk to any attractions. Right next door to Harrah's Casino, which was convenient. Great staff/service, beautiful bar/restaurant and great work-out room. Will stay here again!

best stay for the price

We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations - the staff was friendly and the place was beautiful. Conveniently located next to Harrah’s and within walking distance of the quarter.

Best staff around, Great hotel.

Although we found the hotel a little pricey for the add ons (Wine in the bar, Coffee in the morning ect..) The service was unbelieveable and the hotel was beautiful and clean. I would definately return. I felt like royality.

needs improvement

over all service was great. my only complaint was that the room and hotel in general needs a renovation.

Extremely Bad Service

My husband reserved a full suite for last night for us to celebrate my birthday. Check in went smoothly, but when we got to our room I can say I was not very impressed. We were in room 1107 somewhat facing the pool....nice room, but the furniture was very nasty looking...stains all over the sofa and on the chair in the dressing area...I did not want to sit on any of it! Also, the internet did not work in our room....I called the front desk and they told me to move around the room that there was a problem with it not working in some areas of the hotel....well, I finally got it to work some what....in the bathroom! How very inconvenient! So, we decided to go downstairs for a swim and relax in the hot tub....well, salt water pool was great, but the hot tub was closed and when we lifted the top there was only about a foot of water in it....so much for that! That evening when we returned to our room we realized we only had two pillows.....my husband has to use two pillows, so I had none....I called housekeeping and asked for two pillows and they said no problem...I waited and waited....40 minutes had passed, so I called the front desk and told them the situation and they said they would immeditaly have some set up.....well, 30 more minutes passed and still no pillows....I called the front desk AGAIN...3rd time...this time I was a bit upset...they said they would send them up immediately...finally 10 minutes later they arrived!!!This morning we went down for breakfast....my husband was finished with his breakest and the waitress came to take his plate away and he said no..he would wait until I was finished (that is, of course ,proper ettiquete..never take a plate away until the entire table is finished!) Well, she left and immediately a bus boy came over and started clearing our table and took everything away!!! We were in complete shock!! I was still eating....we were drinking our coffee enjoying our breakfast and he just took it all away....everything! EVEN the water! W
