Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 15Extra's you need to know about
Strange to say the Hotel was nice. However, to get a roll-away bed, you had to pay $10-$20 extra (depending on who you asked the price changed). Also - there is a steep $22 charge for parking. You can only use valet parking. I did not feel like that was an appropriate charge. A bit high considering the price of the room. The hotel was clean - and comfortable. No free breakfast - but a restauant in the hotel with room service.

This is a very nice hotel in downtown Cleveland. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 15Too Much Construction
The Hotel was nice and the Valett Parking was great. The cleaning staff was a little ignorant(I heard them Knocking on my friends door to clean at 7 am but they were mad cause they didnt answer them and than when they tried to open the door they couldnt and she said some smart remarks.) Could it be that they stayed out after the concert and got in late and were sleeping and didnt hear you knocking. Is that too much to ask. So If your gonna stay out late make sure you wake up early to tell the cleaning people that your in the room :) . Oh and return your card that the hotel keys came in or youll be paying for USA Today your entire stay. Other than that I would stay there again.

This is a nice hotel and the construction mess was not that big of a deal. The valet parking was $ 22 but the staff and valet personnel were great and event parking for games and concerts costs just as much for only a few hours. if you're going to a Browns game , it is the perfect location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 15Great Downtown Location
The hotel was clean, service was good and the location to Jacob's Field and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was perfect. The construction by hotel was a little inconvenient, but what are you going to do. They have to fix the streets sometime. Not much to do in downtown Cleveland. Places close early. Kind of a boring town

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 15Major Construction
We were suprised on our arrival to realize that there was major road construction going on outside the hotel. As it was a weekend, there was no noise associated with this but the confusion of finding the entrance was a difficult end to our road trip. Further, the hotel staff seemed baffled with requests for basic accommodations: - when I asked if there was somewhere to obtain aspirin in the hotel. "No, we don't have that," I was told. On further inquiry, no suggestion could be made for somewhere nearby that I could find such things. - When we asked if we could have the car brought around for our luggage and parked while we ran for a quick breakfast, we were told that wasn't possible. No one made the extra offer to hold our bags or find another plan. I will say the actual valet who overheard the conversation did make arrangements to find us a parking spot.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 15Don't Do It
Arrived at the hotel before check in time. The room was not ready so we waited in the lounge. The bar tender gave me the wrong drink twice. To make a long story short, it took 2 1/2 hours before my room was ready. If this is your idea of a 3 star hotel I would rather stay at a rest stop.
