Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 20OUTSTANDING!!!
We felt like high rollers staying in an up class hotel but not paying the outrageous price for it. The hotel was very elegant and I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 20Perfect location at the right price
My husband and I stayed here to see two concerts at the House of Blues. The room was clean and comfortable and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The free shuttle will take you anywhere in Cleveland and our driver was encredibly friendly and helpful. We knew ahead of time about the $22 a day valet parking and found that there is a public parking garage right behind the hotel. We paid $6 a day and only had to walk around the corner to get to the hotel. I loved this hotel and will be back. Great value for your money!

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 20Exactly what I needed
The location of this hotel was great... within walking distance to so much and a shuttle for the stuff a little too far to walk to! The only negatives were the spa being closed for repair and the in-room movie rentals not working properly. Hotel staff was great!

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 20Great room for the money
We drove up from Cincinnati to see the Cavs play and chose this hotel because it was very reasonably priced, near the Q arena, and had a pool (the kids love to swim). Everything was great. When we arrived I needed to go online and print my tickets and the manager let me use his office rather than the business center. I left the car in valet and left some items in it and the folks in valet were very accomadating. Also, the free shuttle service was perfect considering I did not know my way around the city. They took us anywhere we wanted and made great recommendations for food, etc. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves the whole time we were there which was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well priced and had excellent service and food quality. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if I ever need to go back to Cleveland.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 20renovating
They were making renovations at the time I went, and I was obviously put on the unrenovated floor. I asked for a nonsmoking room and found cigarette burns on the sheets (no smell of smoke though). I found mold on the second bed's sheets and in the bathroom. It's an easy and quick walk to the public square, and even quicker to progessive field if you're in town for a baseball game.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 20Expected more from a Wyndham...
I would say the hotel was okay, but not great. The location is easy to get to from the highway, but the neighborhood seemed to be a little empty. It's within walking distance of Progressive Field if you're going to a ball game though. Valet parking was expensive, especially considering it was the ONLY option for parking. We also had some difficulty getting the room we wanted, and had to have quite the discussion with the front desk clerk, who seemed less than impressed that we had booked the hotel through any website other than the hotel's direct site. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Clean rooms, quiet hotel. Close to Progressive Field. Good value.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 20Not Satisfied
This hotel needs some improvement. I chose to valet my car, and my car sat in front of the hotel for at least 30 minutes. It seemed as though the valet service was unorganized. Also, my room was freezing! The thermostat was not controlled from the room, and we could not control the air temperature ourselves. It was not a very comfortable stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 20What happened?
This is the first hotel we stayed in using Hotels.com that we were not happy with. They gave us the wrong room. They charged our card an extra 50 dollars and I can't get a reason why. I can't even get a live person to talk to. All I get is a voice mail. Apperently that voice mail goes unheard because I have yet to get a response for the many messages I have left. Don't stay here, for the price try somewhere else.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 20Not a family oriented hotel
My husband & I stayed at this hotel after a Cleveland Browns game. This hotel experience was horrible. Most of the hotel staff were not friendly, other than the bellhop, Kermit. They offered no amenities. What hotel has no microwave or small refrigerator in the room? We were extremely displeased with this hotel. It may have been a high class hotel back in the 80's, but needs some serious updates. It is NOT a hotel to take your kids to. Ok for business travelers, but not a family. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 20Very helpful service
The front desk clerks were great. We arrived early and had an 18 month with us that was getting upset. They accomodated us with early chack in and answered our questions about the area and had printed directions when we needed them

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 20Mixed Review
I booked a room with 2 double beds. I checked in and was assigned a room, but the keys didn't work. I was given new keys, and those keys didn't work either. So they moved me to a larger room with a king sized bed, but my kids didn't have a place to sleep. I complained, so they brought me a roll away bed with no blanket or pillows. The gentleman that delivered the bed told me that that was housekeeping's job, and that they were gone for the day. We tried to take a shower the next morning, but it was broken. Maintenance did come and fix it for our second day, but this certainly isn't what I expected from a Wyndahm hotel. Valet parking was not too good either. It took 15-20 minutes for them to deliver my car both times I used the service.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 20Extremely Dissatisfied
The only courteous people on the hotel staff were the valets and bellhops. There was a lot of road construction outside the hotel that we did not know about, and we will not stay there again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
