I was pleasantly surprised that I encountered 5 star hotel Stay at a 3 star hotel cost!! It was conveniently located and personnel were friendly and professional! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I rolled in around 10 PM with a large musical instrument and luggage. It was raining. Hard. A hotel employee watched me struggle to get stuff in the door. Finally, one very nice employee took pity on me, but this was not her job, obviously. A guest, watching the spectacle, said to me, "I was going to open the door for you. Not very helpful are they?" I don't expect a brass band to greet me, but someone opening a door at a downtown hotel would be. Don't arrive at night. nice.

Hotel staff is unfriendly. Cleaning staff needs reminding when sleeping in late. Valet parking was okay. Construction is still on-going, making it a bit inconvenient to find. Overall, a good deal for the money.

Overall good hotel. Good service. Lots of construction going on around hotel in the Theatre District of Cleveland, but no hang-ups. Very close to business meeting.

Hotel was clean and staff was mostly friendly. There was a $10 extra fee required to use wireless internet. The shuttle to and from the hospital didn't show when I requested. I tried to call the hotel several times and no one answered. They later explained that they were busy (though leaving me stranded - I ended up getting a taxi back to the hotel).
