Very close to the beach

Was pleased with my stay and the service I received.

Outstanding location, great service!!

I loved the location, walk around the hotel and the beach is right there. Trust me, its only a 3 minute walk! Beach was gorgeous. Room was huge, bed was super comfy. Staff was friendly, including the front desk and bartender. Included breakfast was amazing, eggs, sausages, bacon, waffles, fruit, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee..There is a trolley that comes around the front of the hotel and for a small charge it takes you up and down the beach where the shops and bars are.

good place to stay, short walk to beach

We were very happy with our stay. We had a little balcony off our room, where we ate and had cocktails and hung out a lot. We had a cute room, basic but everything you need. The hotel pool was nice, lots of space to lounge, multiple levels of lounge chairs and lots of tables, also has lounge near the pool for drinks, snacks. Lots of families, but many spring breakers too if you go in March. Only one hotel between this one and the beach, its a very, very quick walk, and from our balcony we could see palm trees & ocean. Overall good for the money. The breakfast is amazing, make your own waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, and you can eat as much as you want, also breakfast area is cute and right near pool so we had coffee on the pool deck, a great way to start the day.

Great room for the money

I read the other reviews for this hotel before I booked me reservation and they were very helpful. The breakfast was REALLY great for a best western. When people talked about it they were telling the truth. There was a lot to choose from. It is close to the beach, which is what I wanted, but a bit far from the main attractions on the strip. It is just a short walk to get there and less than $20 to get a cab to go down to Las Olas. The overall hotel was not 5 star but it was upscale for a best western. I was impressed and very happy with my stay.

Easy access to beach and restaurants

Nice hotel close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast offerings are very good. Walk 5 minutes to beach. Staff helpful.

much nicer than expected!

i thought my room was a little pricey for a best western but then i realized this hotel is directly on the water, minutes from las olas (restaurants, shopping, nightlife) and extremely clean and comfortable. overall, i was very happy with my stay!

Great location!

We went to Ft Lauderdale for the 2009 Orange Bowl and choose this location to be close to the nightlife for New Years Eve. We were walking distance to many bars/clubs and only about 1 block from the beach. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, plenty to do and only about 25 mins from Dolphin Stadium. The free breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've had, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. The rooms were a little dated but still clean. The bed did have a 'hole' in it so you sank when you sat down but other than that, we were satisfied with everything. Would recommend to others.

BETTER THAN I EXPECTED

BATHROOMS WERE REALLY NICE. CONVENIENT TO BEACH. FREE BREAKFAST HIT THE SPOT!
