It's Like Being In Venice

We thought we were in Italy. Great Hotel. Great staff.

Stinks

The hotel had a peculiar odor that as odd as it sounds you could taste. The service while gambeling was not good (You could not get a drink unless you got up and went to the bar). The dealers were not friendly and all the tables were high. The pool hours were until 6p.m. but were ask to leave so the people working could leave by 6. I have to say for the money it was kind of a joke. We went over to the Wynn it was beautiful, did not stink and had great service and reasonable tables. We will stay there the next time we go.

Beauty Beyond Compare

Every aspect of this Resort is the best, the sunken living room is roomy and comfortable. the King bed is very nice and set up great for TV viewing. Casino is more for high rollers, but other casinos are close by. Food is very good in any of the resurants. service was excellent, especialy the check-in.

Best Place to stay on the Strip

We always stay at the Venetian when we head to Vegas. The staff is cordial and professional, the hotel itself is HUGE and immaculate, the rooms are large and comfortable, and you cannot beat the location. Plus, the staff addresses every need or whim with immediate attention as if you are their only patron.

Air Quality

They pump in some type of fragrence into the air conditioning system that my wife finds quite disagreeable. Will not return due to this issue. Did not bother me as much, but very noticable.

Venetian Resort Hotel

The Hotel staff was accommodating when it came to up-grading to a larger Suite. The room service was delivered on time each morning and was hot and delicious.(a little pricy but worth it.) The valet service and luggage service was excellent.

Lighting issue...

Hotel was fine with the exception of the lighting issue.Be sure to ask for the brightest room.Some of the rooms have been updated with better lighting.

Beautiful but unfriendly

Although the Venetian is beautiful, in the 5 days we were there, we only experienced 1 friendly staff person! Price gauging on everything, you even had to pay at the pool area - unless you got there at the crack of dawn to save your spot. There was no good vibe on the casino floor. You would think with Vegas hurting so bad to get people there, that resorts would adjust a bit to be more inviting.
