Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 17Wonderful staff
Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful- very chatty and personable. Michael's waffles in the morning were fantastic- very positive experience at the Milner.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 17Enjoyed the Milner
This hotel is very nice. Even for an old building, its just what I expected. It stated that the rooms were on the small side. This is correct, but I enjoyed the person I was with, so being in a small room was just fine. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and polite. I stayed here for my anninverary and would definately stay her again. Location was good. Within walking distance for many restaurants and stores.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 17Not as bad as some say.
Stayed in a room with my girlfriend for one night after seeing a show at the Wang Theater. Some of the comments on the hotel seemed unfair after we stayed and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean albeit small. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was immaculate. For $138 a night, it was definitely worth it and if we stay in Boston again, it will be at the Milner.

great little room, it was tiny, but only needed it for 1 night, staff was nice, only downfall was the 1 nightstand and there was room for 2 even in the small space!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 17Good Room for the Price
If you are looking for a moderately priced hotel to just spend the night, it is great. However, the rooms are very small. Also, parking was expensive and not included in the rate.

The single full size bedroom we had chosen was a lot smaller than the picture from the websites. We felt very claustrophobic. The bed was almost on the floor and was the most uncomfortable bed that we have ever slept on. The bed was hard as a rock. Other than that, it was very clean and the employees were nice.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 17Outstanding Hotel!
Great hotel! Super clean! Very cute! Fantastic location. Annie was super friendly, she was the receptionsist! She gave us great ideas about where to go. Mike made the best waffles in town! The location is prime and the cost is great too! Everyone was so friendly! We would go again in a heartbeat! Enjoy your stay! The Milner hotel made our trip to Boston a memorable one. Thank you!

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 17Location is the best....room exctremely small
Check in took approximately 5 min. with no one else in line.. I was not acknowledged either for this amount of time..the clerk was very accomodating when he finally did say hello and great with directions and getting us a cab..the room was sooooo small that I could practically open the door from the bed with my foot..no kidding..the edge of the bed was about 10" from the wall.....I also wouldn't walk around barefoot on that rug...the next day I received a phone call from the front desk telling me that if I didn't check out right on time...I would be charged for a whole full day..I will never stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 17Great location & price
Very convenient location, near everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel offers transportation to airport for $30 - same as a taxi, but much more comfortable ride! Old wallpaper, etc, but comfy and clean.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 17Great room for the money
The hotel room was very small, but clean. The hotel receptionist was very helpful with telling us how to find specific landmarks. The one bad thing is that they did not have valet or any parking, so you had to park in a garage which was very expensive.
